We manage all contracts ourselves. This means we do not employ a facilities management company to find contractors of their choice. This way we keep a close eye on service level agreements, quality of work and costs.
Where possible OC Pride will manage building projects. However we will also inform our Committee if the project is too complex and requires further expertise. We want to ensure the best possible job for all expensive works.
Maintenance Fund Reviews
We make sure your building has the funds it needs to keep it looking great now and for years to come by constantly reviewing your maintenance fund requirements.
We adopt best financial management practices and employ a qualified CPA to ensure honest budgeting, reporting, billing, and financial management. We also work closely with our auditors, and introduce policies and procedures to further transparency within our practices.
OH&S Risk Management
We uphold OH&S and Risk Management protocols and if required, will ensure those working on behalf of any building are properly trained and aware of newest legislative requirements.
